What are some healthy foods from fast food places?

My job involves me driving to different cities across Washington state. So I don’t really get the chance to prepare myself health foods.. My new years resolution is to start eating healthier. What are some healthy foods I can buy from fast food joints. I am trying to budget my money so I can’t afford very expensive meals.

I travel a lot and rarely eat fast food or any restaurant meals- even when I travel for days at a time. Cheese, wholegrain crackers, peanut butter on wholegrain bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, vegetable juice, plain yogurt, cereal and milk are not difficult to pack. It helps if you can bring a cooler with you.

    Chicken salads, side salads, grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken wraps, Wendys has chili and baked potatoes. Subway is relatively healthy.

    Try salads but do not use the dressing. Or try to take away half bread for your sandwich. You can in fact carry some agave inulin
