im 18. i weight 266. im 5′11. my goal is to weigh 150, i realize this will take time. i am lightly active. i would say i walk a total of 2 hours a day at least at a somewhat fast pace and i take the stairs (5 floors) twice a day. i will be starting swimming soon.
my BMR is about 2000 i think.

anyway i just wanna know if 1200 calories a day is enough for me to lose weight while being healthy?

So research tells me losing around 3 pounds a week with exercise is healthy
How hard would that be? If I eat healthy and exercise an hour everyday, would that be enough to lose around 3 pounds a week?

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

Im in my senior year of high school and i have no time for myself. its 8 hours of school, then 4-5 hours of homework, and by that time im way too exhausted to even think about working out or exercise. On top of that i am starting to eat more because im just so inactive, i just sit all day and study…I can’t choose between one or the either, because i need to focus on school AND my health. so please, any tips or suggestions?

Drink alot of water when you feel snackish, and if you want a snack have some fruit. Also try to exercise in the morning as it will help you burn calories through the day as it increases your metabolism.
