Pasta salad, add steamed broccoli and a pesto sauce, sweetcorn, rocket

Chilli, cooked beans, tinned tomatos, spices, serve with fresh bread or on a baked sweet potato if you wish

I’m 18 years old, 5′10" and weigh 206 pounds. My problem is mostly belly fat. I do weight training about 4 months out of the year for shot put and discus but it doesn’t seem to help cut the fat. I would like to be in the 180 lb range by June, is this a reasonable goal? if so how should i go about doing it?

It is more than healthy. I lost almost 30lbs in three weeks at a weight loss camp, and I always wished I could have gone the full six week session b/c god knows how much I could have lost. It’s totally healthy. I went to one called Camp Shining Stars and I loved it. If you want to know anything about it you can contact me, I went there every summer since I was like 15 as a teen, even after I lost all my weight. It became something I looked forward to every summer, it was so fun.

I am under weight, no doubt about it. Im not an unhealthy eater, like i don’t drink soda, or eat at McDonald’s or anything, I just can seem to gain weight.I eat a lot too, like all my friends make fun of me because of how much I eat and don’t gain anything; and yes, I know it’s because I have a fast metabolism. But what foods can I eat that will help me gain weight so I can get to my desired healthy weight?

i tried to gain weight by eating a bunch of fast foods, but i actually lost weight doing it lol. When I started eating healthy..salads, baked chicken, nuts raisins, fruit etc. i just consumed alot more calories and I gain 14 pounds in 3 months.

So i just started taking Advocare MNS about a week ago and i lost 5 1/2 pounds (yay for me!) anyways, my friend has been taking a bunch of advocare products for 2 years with great results , but today after researching i found that allot of the products have ingredients not cleared by the FDA. Now the articles were about 3-7 years ago and i cant really find any recent ones so only question is how healthy are these products?
